I've been dealing with Supermedia Store for many years now at this job and my past and it always amazes me and impresses my bosses that I can get a comparable quality ink for about 1/3 the OEM cost delivered for free and quickly. I have bought THOUSANDS of cartridges from them, including this most recent order, and have no real issues or complaints - their might have been 1 or 2 cartrides out of the thousands that didn't perform up to par, negligible and unremarkable if it did happen. If any business performed as effectively and consistantly as Supermedia Store's ink, we'd all be growing wealthier by the minute. Yes, I am a Supermedia Store fan!!! TD - Dallas, Texas

Does not print correctly. Some characters are too light, some do not print at all and some are too thick. Machine is HP Office Jet 7210xi. The machine recognized and aligned the cartridge satisfactorily. This product is no comparison to the original HP black cartridge. Returning items.

Current cartridge is not 100% (I have light letters in the same spot, even after cleaning the heads). Usually there's no problem. We try to recycle everything, but office supply stores will not take the empty remanufactured containers.
