Great price but a problem with this particular cartridge

I ghave ordered this product before and have never had a problem. However, with this particular cartridge, I am sporadically getting small black spots on the page when I print or copy a document. Since it does not occur every time, I assume there is a problem with the toner cartridge rather thanwit the printer.
