Not an HP Product

While the description says that this is an HP 00A cartridge, what I received was a compatible product, not an OEM remanufactured product. I returned the unit and purchased elsewhere. The order was received promptly and I had no problem getting RMA and return shipping labels; they came by email while I was on with the rep. A+ for customer service.
