The plastic bag containing the cartridge was full of red ink. It had leaked out into the bag. It is unuseable.

Bad Return Process.

If you order these be aware that you might get a bad one. I've received 2 bad ones out of 3 orders of these and to return them for a replacement you have to pay the shipping which in turn makes it worthless to return because the shipping is as much as the product. I am new to Supermediastore.com and have already ordered a lot of stuff from them but I think i'm going to discontinue future orders from them due to this.
