TWice in 5 years I've had to return one cartridge as defective,. The replacement and return policy is perfect..we have no reason to shop for our ink supplies elsewhere..

Defective.. filled out return request.. that doesn't work either..

Ordered and received #57 and #58 cartridges fior my HP 7960... #58 does not work.. printer red light blinks continuosly and had to put back the older #58 that I bought from you a few months ago.
The #57 works fine.. The return request data page will not function when it is all filled out as requested... need to oput in a phone call for the #58 return RMA.. Too much trouble for a simple cartridge order. I've spent almost an hour on this one defective unit trying to get a printout for an RMA... please.. do something !

I was disappointed when I had to wait several weeks for it to show up as available. Then when available, the price jumped more than anticipated.
