The cartridges were ordered on the 13th, shipped on he 14th and received on the 17th. Great service. The new color and black combo pack at the retail stores runs $70. Great price. I installed the cartridges and printed with no problems. As good as quality as the new. Great value!!!

I installed the black ink cartridge, it took over an hour for the printer to recognize the cartridge. When it did, the cartridge didn't print properly. The empty HP cartridge printed better than this one!

This is the second time in a row that I have purchased these color cartridges and they were unusable. I wish to return it for a refund, and I will not be using Supermedia for this product again.
