Looks beautiful, writes great, Fabulous price...but their is one issue...

Decided to try these discs and am really pleased with the results...No coasters and, as another reviewer pointed out, the finish has almost a 3D, shimmering effect, a really professional look!
The only drawback to these discs is that the surface finish is very susceptible to the slightest scratch and definitely not water resistant....i wouldn't recommend these for "kids movie backups".
Bottom line, if your DVD's tend to "stay in the case" when they're not in use ... These are great as is ... if not, you should definitely use a spray fixative...you can get one specifically for cd/dvd's, or I've had success with standard art store stuff as well
Still, even with the delicate surface, i highly recommend trying these, they just look great!
