I ordered this item on Dec 3 2009 and was under the understanding that it would ship by UPS services as that was what I paid for, but it was handed off to USPS so Its beensitting at the main post office for two weeks. This ink cartridge was ordered as a set back in july but did not work, as it was not recognized by my Epson Printer. At the time I did not realize this as another cartridge had leaked all over the cartridge and Linky replaced it. when the new cartridge arrived I realized that this one was also no good so I ordered a new one, rather than going to rma. I have used Linky for years without any problems, so I am so dissapointed that my last 2 orders have been such a hassle. I understand that bad things can happen but when I pay for 5-7 day delivery, and not being able to use my printer for 6 weeks, I hope you can understand my concern with ou products and service.
