I placed an order with supermediastre.com
for a pack of 10 cartridges for my Epson Workforce 500, but I forgot to add this cartridge for my other printer.
I called customer service after 1 hour and requested this item to be added to my order.
The guy told me that they had already shipped my previous order, but he was gonna send me this one with free shipping!
So I never got charged for shipping.
Great customer service from this web site.
I got all my cartridges in about 3 days and they all work great and my printer recognizes them as Original!
Also they seem to last longer.
I would really recommend this web site to anyone!
