If you are in a hurry for the product, don't opt for "free shipping". "Free shipping" will take a week or more. If you can wait, then go with "free shipping" .

I have been ordering these cartridges for several years with no problem until this order. 4 out of 5 stopped working within a week. They are full of ink. My fault I didn't get them returned in time for replacements.

The yellow cartridge would not print, the other three did transfer ink.

Naturally I'm concerned with recieving an ink cartridge that would not perform to advertised specifications. What is really upsetting and a concern is, after contacting your "customerservice@supermediastore" link and reviewing the yellow ink cartridge problem, I have heard nothing back. Going on two weeks with no response from your Customer Service dept really is not very good! We'll see how you handle this survey, you might be better at surveys then customer (problems) service.

After installing these cartridges in my printer one of them turned out to be bad as happens sometimes with re manufactured cartridges. I immediately emailed my concern to Super Media and they immediately sent me a replacement for the bad one no questions asked. I replaced the bad cartridge with the one sent and was up and printing. I am completely satisfied and will order again from Super Media.
