These do not work with my Epson Printer

NE-RT0485-I have ordered the remanufactured ink from Supermediastore.com for years, but this particular item number does not work with my Epson. Tried every trick that I have available and they do not work. The series with E-T0481, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86 work fine, but the NE-R
do not work.
