2 cratridges are bad

after spending 1 hour thinking it was my printer not reading the new cartridge i put in the other one i had ordered as a spare for the future all my issues went away. th enew cartridge always said it was still empty but i could hear the ink inside. they did credit my account but i am still concerned as i have 2 more as a back up. most likly will not order from here again. poor quality in my eyes.

All 5's for the products I ordered. The ink cartridges were packaged nicely with no leaks or problems at all. They installed as expected and were ready to print.
