Out of Every shipment of ink, at least two have to be tossed out because they just don't work for one reason or another ... after I replace with yet another new cartridge, printer works okay. If I return the "rejected" cartridge to the machine at a later date, it doesn't work ... it's the product. I rate it 80% .. considering the frustration, the price still works out to be better than purchasing the name-brand ink cartridge. Media store has replaced only one cartridge of the dozens which haven't worked. But like a sheep, because of price, I keep coming back.
