I have used these cartridges for several years now and am completely satisfied. Sure, I have had an occasional unit that may have malfunctioned but nothing is perfect. What matters is the response you get from the source. In this case Supermediastore has stepped up to the plate and made the situation right, and fast. I do alot of glossy photo printing and these cartridges have saved me a small fortune.

Inks work fine on my Epson R260 but they do seem to run out faster than the OEM brand even though hey appear to have the same quantity of ink per cartridge.

received an incomplete order trhis item: 2 Pack Epson T078 which sells for about 60 bucks was not in the package. i emailed them and am waiting for a response. will see if the problem is resolved. i have ordered many tinmes before, this is the first major problem. i think they should pay more attention to packaging. its simple to count the number of items ordered on packaging slip and see if they match the number of items in the box....a simple task.

I have ordered this item several times. I have had only one problem with one cartridge that leaked. Not enough to be upset about - just a nuisance. I couldn't ask for better service or the quality of the cartridges. I will continue to buy them at SuperMediaStore.
