The software (at least with Vista) is unusable. IT works stunningly with Sure thing CD/DVD labeler software (sold seperately.) Obsolete product, no updates since Dec 2007 to its marginal release software. It seems to reject CDs saying there is a size mismatch, this cannot be overcome. Save time, purchase 3rd party software. No tech suport to speak of.

This is a wonderful little printer, maybe not for high volume work, but for person or lite business use it's the bomb!! Very easy to use, great results with glossy media but also does a fine job on matte finish, best of all it DOES NOT drink ink like most other printers. Well worth the investment [...].A product that delivers what it says it will,imagine that!!

This printer was easy to setup, although I had to get Windows Vista drivers from the website. It was much easier to use than the Epson R280 I have used in the past, but the quality was lacking. There are centric lines when printing. I would print pictures on the cd\dvd's and the images were recognizable, but not the quality of Primera printer.

I've had this thing for 2 days now and I can't stop playing with it.Works best with glossy discs but any printable hub discs will do. No more sticky labels and printer mess for me!
