Product Description

The Rigid DVD Case Mailer allows you to safely send one Standard DVD Case or two Slim DVD Cases in the mail. Made of rigid cardboard, this rigid DVD Case Mailer features a peel off adhesive tab for easy sealing, a tear tab for easy opening and scoring for easy custom folding. Lightweight and easy to use, the rigid DVD Case Mailer is an ideal mailing solution.

How to use the DVD Case:

Place a Standard DVD Case or 2 Slim DVD Case in the center of the rigid DVD Case Mailer. Fold the left, right and bottom wings towards the center covering the cases. Peel the backing off of the top fold over the case making a sealed box. Press firmly to ensure bonding. To open the mailer, hold the cut out tab and pull to tear the box open

Great Product - Fast Shipping.

I do put an extra piece of tape on the flap to hold it down better. Without the tape, I have had a few dvd's lost in the mail.

Cardboard is thick and the glue seems to be sufficient to keep the package together for shipping.
It is a bit tricky getting the flap glued down without the corners getting loosened. I chose to use some scotch tape to hold the two side flaps first on an unexposed area before pressing the pre-glued flap down. I also wish the mailer also had tabs for the two corners because the DVD is exposed there after sealing the flaps no matter how tight you try and get the flaps.
A USPS "click-and-ship" label fits perfectly on the face of the package.

Simple and reliable method for shipping single DVDs in their keepcases. Perfect fit. In past, I shipped 100 DVDs using these boxes and all arrived safely with no problems. Another plus is Super Media Stores' service is extremely fast and efficient.

Great light weight one DVD mailer

Light saves postage and works great with one single DVD.
Don't use with sets or thicker DVD's.
Wish they made one like this for up to 4 DVD's, it's really needed in this light weight.

most,, but not all of the mailers you sent to me did not have sealing tape

You sent me an order of DVD mailers. The first five or so had sealing tape. Then, after packing and addressing a new shipment I discovered that the rest did not.
So now what - drive to Staples, try to find the right size double-sided tape, pay an arm and a leg, drive back and spend the next hour packing six CDs. Brings a new meaning to the word "convenience".
