I simply clicked their "REORDER" tab and was sent a different type of box, different type of cases. While the cases are similar, they just don't have that same quality appeal.

I been buying these DVD cases for the past few years, and have been happy with quality and the fact that their specs haven't changed (e.g. my precision-cut case wraps still fit).
This last batch, however, was received in a different-shaped box, and out of the first 75, 3 were cracked and had to be discarded. That's 4%! My previous batch also had one or two bad.
I feel that if we're paying extra for the "premium" cases, all of them should be useable.
