I installed the replacement color cartridge and the red simply doesn't print. The black cartridge is spotty and has lines missing.

Boo,I bought [...] twice for two different printers and both times I was extremely disappointed. Products failed to work. I did not want to do a tap dance and a two step to get product to work. This was the first time that this ever happened to me.
