This is undoubtedly the best CD/DVD repair/cleaner machine that I have ever come across. The only problem that I come across is being able to find repair/cleaner refill kits. But, when I really find the best, there is no problem in searching for the refills until I find them (happy face).

I had 2 dvd's that would not work. One was a playstation game, the other a movie. Neither one would work before i used the repair cycle on this machine. Both were restored to working order in 4 minutes. Highly recommend. This paid for itself with the first repair.

For all who complain about bad scratches, This unit will remove most scratches. I removed the smooth pads which came on the wheels and used removable glue from Hobby Lobby to stick on "Felt washers" that I cut myself. Then place a heavy coat of "Brasso" on the right wheel and run for 2 - 4 minute cycles. Polish off residue with microfiber cloth. Then replace the wheels with new set of smooth pads and place ( on right wheel )4 drops of "Meguiars" plastic polish from Auto Parts store. Run for 4 minutes to polish. I do not use the "Cleaning Kit" that comes with the unit. You must clean tops of wheels with dish soap and toothbrush after using and blot on paper towels. Then remove the felt from the wheel that had "Brasso", clean rubber with soap and toothbrush, dry and coat with removable glue and stick on another felt washer. This one goes on the left side and the one that was on the left goes on the right ( as is ) for the next Brasso scrubbing.

This is a very decent product. It'll repair almost any damaged cd or dvd. We had a Game that didn't work due to some brown stains that didn't budge and within the repair cycle were removed, and even though you may not actually see the scratches get repaired they are, which is why the ones that we've repaired work. Ex. Put a disc in with tons of surface scratches, put solution, press button, wait roughly 5min and wallah.
