This Xinix Repair machine has saved me hundreds of dollars in software and Movie Dvd's. I am so utterly pleased with its performance. You do have to learn how to use it properly. Follow ALL directions to the T and you will be very pleased with your purchase. If you follow your own directions, then you will not be pleased. Overall Great product at a phenomenal price! Two thumbs up!!

Buying a whole new unit didn't cost much more than buying replacement solutions for the prior model Xinix I own. This works well. It is a little noisy and the repair cycle takes a while to complete, but it works on most scratches we have encountered on both movies and games.

SO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Well, it arrived after 10 days. This website said it was in stock, but it obviously was not. EXTREME DISAPPOINTED in this product. If I wanted to clean the fingerprints and dust of my DVD then I would have continued to use Windex. This machine is nothing short of AN UTTER FAILURE! I wish I hadn't waited over a month after it arrived to use it. Now I am stuck with a complete piece of turd! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS NON REPAIRING MACHINE. It ONLY CLEANS YOUR DISC. It will NOT repair even the slightest of scratches. We recently paid 30 bucks for the new Disney Movie Tangled on DVD. My 4 year old somehow got ahold of the disc and caused a slight scratch. Just enough of a scratch to cause a chapter of the movie to skip. This machine didn't even come close to repairing this minimal scratch. WHAT A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I purchased this unit to replace a hand-crank one. It arrived in 5 days and was packaged well. I opened it up and read the instructions. When I went to snap the cleaning wheels in they were marked the opposite of the written instructions. I had to guess which one was correct and try to use it. My guess was to go with the decription on the part instead of the written instructions. It did a good job of cleaning and buffing my disk.

this thing sucks

pros Easy to use
cons does not remove scratches you basically have to run multiple times because it does not come with a buffer pad
the repair pad is soft just like cleaning pad wasted money i should have bought the CD/DVD cleaner pro it comes with buffer pad and works better
