Ordered 100 CD cases. Box arrived with cases packed right to the limits of the box; NO PADDING or buffer between the plastic boxes and the shipping box. 35 OF THE CD CASES WERE DAMAGED AND UNUSABLE. Notified SuperMedia with all details immediately upon receiving damaged order. Got response asking for details which I had already provided but which I AGAIN PROVIDED. Used reply to sender; email returned as undeliverable. Other inquiries to the site are ignored. No response for a week now. Worst service I've ever received, totally inept company with lousy consumer relations and customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND.... AM POSTING THIS ON OUR Business SITE WHICH DEALS WITH HUNDREDS IN THE AUDIO/VIDEO INDUSTRY.

In order to close this case, you had to forcefully squeeze the tabs together. It does not work very well with an insert greater than two pages thick. Had I known the way the unit closed, I would not have chosen this model. Go up a step in quality and get a slightly heavier model.

Recieved 100 [...]. I've not checked the center hubs but a random sample shows them to be ok. These are fine for gentle storage but not for opening & closing 20 times a day. There is some flimsyness to them.
