I previously submitted a full review, but now that I've been living with this item for a couple weeks, thought I'd share a nifty trick I discovered.
Instead of storing two discs in each sleeve, I put liner notes in front and the CD in back. So here's the suggestion: Since you'll like be tossing your jewel cases anyway, pop out the disc tray and remove the U-card from the back of the case. Then carefully tear one of the spine labels off the U-card along the perforations, and then slide the spine label into the sleeve where the sleeve hanger inserts. This makes for a much more pro-appearance when browsing through your collection than hand-writing on the hangers.

As far as disc storage products go, this is the perfect size, is well made, the price is unbeatable (I bought two on special), and customer service is very good. However, there are a couple of issues that keep this from being '5s' across the board.
The storage sleeves are designed to hold two discs, but I prefer to keep my liner notes in front, and the disc in back. As such, the cutouts are very tight, and I am having to snip most of the sleeves to fit the liner notes in without them buckling. It's also a minor annoyance to remove the four die-cut plastic pieces from each sleeve.
I'd love to have this same product, but instead of using the included hanging sleeves, be designed to use the CaseLogic ProSleeves (or equivalent), which can be loaded into the CaseLogic PSBS-60 binder for easy transport.
