this is a great case I like the wheels and handle for easy moving I already have one similiar but has no wheels very hard to move now that it's full but I like it to great storage for people that like movies ,cds , or games will buy again as soon as I get this one full thanks supermedia

Misrepresented photo, not shown with bulky handle. Return department would not own up to their error.

This case is shown incorrectly in picture. It should show big bulky collapsible handle on bottom of case that makes it inpractical to lay flat on surface. The same case is shown in silver, with the handle and wheels with the correct pictures, (see item: AC 007 1576).
After talking with return department and customer service, they refused to accept their error or update pictures on their website for this item. They're willing to take back case for a 15% restocking fee and shipping both ways at my expense, but not own up to their mistake.
I've done business with this company for years and expect better than this after being a return customer for so long. Not the best way to keep your loyal customers.

It fell apart a week after I bought it.

I read the reviews and noticed that one buyer cited a crack in the case. I needed 2 of these but ordered just 1 so that I could assess the quality. Initially it seemed OK so I loaded it up with 1000 discs and ordered a second case.

A week later, when I picked the case up, the bottom and side seams cracked. By then the second case had arrived. :(

Fortunately, SuperMediaStore is taking back both cases and even paying return freight.

My advice: Save yourself and SuperMediaStore some grief. Avoid these cases!
