Sent wrong cartridges that exploded on my skin and stained them indefinitely

Received the wrong cartridges, when opened they spilled and stained my hands.
I've asked them to refund, and also to instruct how to return the cartridges without being charged for shipping. Send request on 11/13/09.
Hopefully they will resolve quickly, refund $, and even send correct cartridges. If so, I will change my review. The prices are great, and the free shipping and delivery are great too. If only they had gotten the product sent correctly and also not had something that exploded on my skin.
