I purchased several toner cartridges from this company. This company was recommended by a friend. I had one toner cartridge that was not satisfactory, and when I notified this company, they sent me a FedEx free pick up form (via email) and they replaced it free (no shipping either way). I am placing an order tonight (April 8,2012) for a toner cartride for a different bother 4-way printer. They have the cheapest prices and best customer service.
