Was shipped the wrong product and customer service said they showed product would work.

Ordering was great, delivery was great but the product did not fit my printer. Called customer service and she said it showed the product would work. I have a Brother HL-3040CN and the product shipped was for a HL-3040. I guess I won't use this site again.
