I am not happy with the resilts from the high yield ink I have bought for use with my brother J435W printer,fax,copier.

I have always bought ink from you and occasionally one does not work but two of these have not worked and for over one week I have been calling the store but after the automated answer I hold for as much as 20 minutes and no one answered. I tried several times and the same thing happened. This is an unwelcome to the usual quick and helpful response I previously received. I will put out another response as soon as they have replied to me.

Not pleased at first, did not look or fit like the original. The limited instruction in the book was somewhat helpful and I was able to make it fit . Once properly installed the ink cartridge works great. Bottom line, the price and quality of the product outweigh the few minutes of frustration I had to experience at first.
