The Brother Control Center Ink Level Monitor does not recognize these cartridges. However, this is a minor issue as the ink is in there. Great Ink for the price but a little short for CRITICAL app uses. Tones are a little dull on plain paper. But hey , in that situation you probably would want to upgrade your printer, Overall the ink prints and prints and prints quite well. Just have to shake em once in awhile.
