Two cartridges tried so far: Cyan - fine: Yellow- judged "empty" by my Brother printer. Had to pry tops off and refill Brother cartidge from yours - VERY MESSY but I had an urgent job to do.

I ordered these to replace the cartridges in my Brother MFC5440 CN but the black and yellow cartridges were not detected by the unit. I tried with both the black and yellow cartridges albeit unsuccessfully. Don't fall for the cheap price; its still not worth it if the printer doesn't print!

So far I have not had any problems with this ink. It seems to work the same as the manufacturers brand. I received my order quickly, without any problems, and best of all it was about 1/10th the cost of brand name in store product PLUS free shipping. I would highly recommend this product/company!
