The item is made in China. When first I installed the drum, the printer still said "Change the drum soon", but once I test-printed a page, the message was gone. Now it works fine.

Order this drum as replacement for a 7820N printer. The printer immediately says replace drum after inserting this supposed new drum. My old one was not finished, just the primary cortona wire is now very dirty and making a line on pages.

This seems like a reasonably priced replacement drum for my workhorse printer. It did not come with ANY installation instructions and was in a Cartridge Toner box, so at first I thought I had the wrong product - but a "small tag" indicated it was in fact the Drum I ordered. We'll see how it works out over time. As a newly installed product, it's working fine.
