I was skeptical about the printing quality; I had bought another replacement drum before from another site and it didn't last long. I received this unit and inmediately put it to work, needless to say that it printed very neatly, clear crisp. Great product for the money!!!!

Poor quality, Defective unit could not use printed material, both Drum and Toner. Am putting in an RMA for refund. have never had to do this.

The drum came in while I was out of town and a coworker
installed it .... said the replace drum message did not go out right away, but did shortly thereafter. Works great .... not noisy like some reviews had mentioned. I bought this based on the price and the reviews posted previously. Figured it was a pretty modest risk. I'm extremely pleased considering the price of drums elsewhere. We did just install it this week, but I don't foresee any problems.
