So far they are working fine. I have been using for a week now with no problems. The color cartridges claim they print 100% more than the original. I can't verify that yet, need more evaluation time. Black cartridge claim they print 20% more than the original. The cartridges do look different from the original but they fit fine. I use them in a Brother MFC-230C. One other good thing, the box is marked with "BEST USE BEFORE DATE" 10.2012. That's about 2years + 9 months in my case.

The only minor thing is the appearance of my order delivered is quite different from the picture on your web site even though it is worked out to be compatible after I try it out. It'll be great if I could be informed ahead of the time so that I would not need to call your support group for this.

both sets of printer ink did not work, the color was not showing up in my pictures

I put the first set of ink cartridges in my brother printer but it worked for only 2 pictures, then all color was drained out. Thinking maybe a bad batch I put the second set in and the same thing happened.

I have purchased this ink before, although the ink is not Brothers brand it works perfect. I have printed over 150 8x10 pics, what can I say as long as this product keeps working the way it has i`ll keep comming back. The price is fantastic.
