I got two of these 8 Gb cards primarily to capture a lot of RAW photos. They perform very well. When shooting JPEGs they are great value and you don't notice the writes to card. But if you need a lot of continuous frames captured in RAW, then this is not a card for you as the write speeds are fairly slow - it feels like 20 sec before you can review the last picture of a 7-frame RAW sequence, even a single RAW frame takes a noticeable while to write.
