Have used over 40 and have not gotten one bad glitch. With other brands have gotten lightscribe dvds that have not read or turned out messed up. Great price too.

Verbatim is much better than the HP brand LightScribe

I have had about 1/3 of a 50 cake box of HP Disc that you could no burn a label. I have not had any problems with the Verbatim brand.

The title says it all. Verbatim makes the most reliable blank DVD's, period. Having burned over a thousand discs and tried many brands, some more expensive and some less expensive, I've came to the conlcusion that you cannot find a better disc for any price.

Spindle Verbatim Llightscribe DVD-R Media

I have used this product before and the quality is getting worse with each purchase. The first spindle of 25 I had no problems, second spindle of 50 I had a few bad disks, the third purchase was a 100 pack (two spindles of 50 each) and I have had more bad disks than good disks. I will not buy any more of this brand, just wish I hadn't bought in volume.

BEST DISCS - HANDS DOWN!!

As I said before in reviews of Verbatim discs - they are simply the best at any price. I've used thousands of their discs - be it DVDs or CDs and the failure rate is non-existant. Over the years I've tried many different brands when I couldn't get Verbatim and not one of them comes close to the quality of Verbatim.

These lightscribe dvd-r discs are great! No more writing on the disc face with a sharpie, or pasting labels necessary. Of course, you can write on them with a sharpie if needed and it's easy to do because the surface is not slick as a standard cd-r tends to be. The only grip I have this time around is with burn failures... five of the first fifty spool. That's not great, but it's also not normal in my experience with these lightscribe discs. Hopefully, this was just a bad batch, as seems to happen now and again in spooled batches in my experience.

I've been using Verbatim discs in all formats for years - I can't remember a single bad disc - I still play movies and discs I burnt that are 5+ years old with no problems. SuperMediaStore consistantly has the best prices for them. Overall, you definitely can't go wrong with Verbatim and SuperMediaStore.
