I received a defective toner cartridge. The company does not make it easy to return defective items. I would have to drive to a FedEx location over an hour away from me to return the product. Not worth the money I paid for it. I will not shop here again.

I have only installed the cyan and magenta cartridges yet, but they have solved a bad toner leaking problem on my Brother. No issues since installation, good color, thanks!

All four colors of these remanufactured toner cartridges work well and deliver the same quality and quantity of prints in our Brother 4-in-1 laser printer as the original toner cartridges that came with the machine. In two years of use, we've had to return one black toner cartridge because it printed nothing at all. We believe it was improperly filled or not re-filled at all with toner. One magenta cartridge in two years had a crack in the case and printed cute little magenta clouds on every color document for eight months. Since it actually added to the effect of our corporate logo, we didn't change it out prematurely. The new magenta cartridge is not leaking toner at all. These cartridges are just as good as the OEMs, but one-third the cost!

Placing the order was easy. It came quick and packaged well. The toners were easy to install, and the printer recognized them right away. It works for me.

My printer was telling me to replace the toner cartridges. These ones were the best deal I found and, based on previous purchases, I ordered with confidence. They'll remain in the box until the current ones run out but I have no doubt they will do the job.

The print quality for the black and white is good but the color printouts are so bad, i have never seen anything worse...
