Review of Brother TN115BK, TN115C, TN115M, TN115Y Toner Cartridge Set (TN-115BK, TN-115C, TN-115M, TN-115) Compatible - Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow 4000~5000 Yield

Experienced difficulty because credit card was not initially accepted and correcting it was difficult and troublesome. I just about went to another vendor.

OOPs...ordered the wrong number...should have been tn110. Need to do an exchange on this order.

Black and yellow are fine but Majenda and cyan were blinking on dashboard which means that they are about empty. But visually it looks like they have toner inside. Anywat I returned them, and now waiting for new ones

I bought these for my brand new Brother Printer. It worked great until they were installed. After the original toner that came with the machine ran out, I installed these things and from the first page, the colors were not correct, it was blotchy, and streaky. I printed about 500 pages, hoping that it would resolve itself when the toner broke in. Unfortunately, it only got worse. I returned the first set and received a new batch of toner, only to be met the the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Don't waste your money on these things. They are not good at all.

The quality of the toner we received was very poor. The red toner leaks every time we print leaving large red splotches. The yellow is very light and dull. While we wait for this toner to run out we have gone to a local company to do our quality color printing. This extra cost has eaten up any savings we had by purchasing this less expensive toner. We would not buy it again.

I installed 3 of the 4 cartridges received. They appeared to work ok for a short period of time then I noticed that there were toner splotches appearing on all of my printouts. I opened the computer to troubleshoot the problem and found out that all 3 cartridges that I had installed were leaking toner. What a mess!

Good products at a fair price

The product does have a sticker stating "This is not a Brother OEM product" and "for use with Brother MFC-9440CN".
Unfortunately when compared side by side, to the Brother cartridge, it is no where near the same shape, and will not install into my Brother MFC-9440CN Printer.
I will not purchase compatible toner cartridges from this supplier.

the toner was really great

I've only just installed the first cartridge, so I can't speak to the quality of the product yet. Only time will tell. I received the shipment in the time stated, so I already knew it would take a little while to receive it. This was the best price I found on the Internet, so I'm very pleased about that!

I thought I was ordering genuine Brother toner replacement. My printer would not accept the cartridges and kept giving me a Toner Life End message for the yellow cartridge. I ended up destroying the cartridge and messing up my printer trying to rig it to work. The photo of the cartridges is not accurate as that photo is of Genuine Brother Toner. AVOID!!!

Very quick delivery. The cartridges appear to work fine in my Brother HL-4070CDW, but do not appear to be as dense.

Delivery was exceptional, not happy with product, the cyan ink leaked over all the paper and inside of machine shortly after installation.

Thought I was getting a good deal for the toner pack. Once we received it, the Cyan keeps spewing ink all over the printed pieces of paper. We've cleaned and re-installed the toner 3 times and no luck. Perhaps I got what i paid for...

I ordered 4 of these. Put three colored ones in the printer and the Cyan toner does not get recognized by the printer. Called and I know have to take my time to go have it shipped back and wait until they get this one and wait until I get the replacement. In the mean time I am not able to print in color. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Overall the experience was great. Easy ship, quick, well packaged.
Then came the printing. It was slightly better than my last ones (which were reman. too), but that's not saying much! Now the drum leak all over, the prints are splotchy from the leaked toner and the inside of the machine is a mess...
I think I'm spending more on paper as I have to reprint so much...
I think next time I'll get the original Brother toners - I do so miss how it printed originally (and yes, I just recently replaced the drum unit too).

I have only installed the black cartridge. I got this as back up and have not really needed to use all cartridges

I recent bought a full set of toner for my MFC. I was very pleased to see the product perfome's like a original toner there is no difference in the print quality except one and that is price $$ .....Supermediastore.com has the best price online I paid almost half than the MRSP. This is my first purchase from supermediastore.com...and I think I found my ink and toner super store. i gave five star because every was perfect. service , shipping and quality.

i was also pleased to see an instruction in the box which was very clear and helpful. it also had a troubleshot guide in it.

This was my first order from SuperMedia but it won't be my last. It was easy to find what I was looking for on their website, placing the order was easy. There was an issue where my order was placed on hold because the shipping address did not match the billing address. But that is probably a good thing for the prevention of fraud. It was easily resolved with a phone call.

Even though I got free ground shipping with my order, I received it the next day but I also live just a few hours from the warehouse.

The product came well packaged. I put in two of the cartridges and the printer worked. It will be interesting to see the page count. I never got the 1500 pages from a Brother brand toner cartridge and considering these high yield compatibles (est. 4500 pages) are cheaper than the Brother brand standard (1500 pages), if I get 1500 pages I will be more than happy.

One more item to note; before purchasing I read through the reviews on this website and other websites. One person mentioned that SuperMedia was deceptive because they were not Brother brand toner cartridges. That mistake is the reviewers fault. If the description says "compatible" that means it is not a manufacturer's brand. I know that probably makes me sound like an employee of SuperMedia, I'm not.

I bought these for a new brother laser printer to replace an injet, so this is my first experience with laser supplies. I was also anxious about remanufactured or non-OEM cartridges, but no worries now! I've run through the ones shipped with the printer, and installed these from SuperMedia and they're working perfectly. I won't go anywhere else now.

The black looks fine, but the colors sometimes look streaky.
For 1/3 the price we will choose to save the money.

As promised...it is compatible with a brother printer. I popped it in and it works great. I'm anxious to see if this toner lasts as long as the true brand does. Price was awesome! Customer service with SuperMediaStore is top notch! You actually get a real human on the phone when you call. Thanks.

I have not generally had problems with refurb cartirdges, but these have leaked powder all over the inside of my printer, it has gotten on the belt unit and has caused a mess. Very Disappointed.

I've found the non-OEM cartridges that SuperMediaStore carries to be good quality and the high yield and bundled pricing is great.

Very satisfied, so far.

I have a problem with the color black and magenta getting onto all my papers that print even when not using color I get big splotches. If this problem was fixed I would say 5's all the way, as it it I'm wasting alot of paper and had to buy ink for a different printer, because I can't send clientel messed up paper.

We have been purchasing toners for our Brother printers for several years and have had a consistent problem with after market and refurbished toners. In some cases, these toners have damaged our printer and caused significant problems inside the printers due to leaking toner.

This vendor listed the manufacturer of the toners we purchased as "Brother" and this was inaccurate. The toners we received were after market toners and not manufactured by Brother. I would recommend you contact this vendor before purchasing toner to insure you have not been mislead. Also, You might find it difficult to actually talk to someone at this company since I got stuck in their telephone system and nobody ever picked up my call.

We have not installed the toners yet since we really do not want to damage another printer. I am not sure how good they are or how satisfied I am with the toners.

I have used these items before and always been satisfied.
