These cartridges are good deal for the price. The last 2 I have used have started to smear, like there is toner leaking our of the cartridge, before it is used up, but the company gets a good month use out of them before they start to smear (most cartridges last 7 weeks at our office). So all in all they are great for the price!

it was 5th time buying this product priort 4 time it was good but this time the product quality was so bad that i had throw away.

Order was processed quickly and shipped quickly. I haven't done much printing yet, so I can not comment on how long it last, but seems to be fine. I had no problem when I inserted the new toner. It printed clear the first sheet.

This compatible Samsung toner cartridge was horrible. I think Supermediastore changed suppliers because this replacement cartridge was terrible! Don't buy it IT STREEKS lines on your copies, an NO it's not my machine because I switched to a different compatible and it worked fine. Don't know about how many copies you could get out of it because i had to replace it ASAP. Streeked lines are not acceptable in this office!

Disappointed. I used about half the toner and I started to get terrible copies and printed documents. The ink was smeared and the documents had smeared vertical lines and dark backgrounds. I cleaned the printer and performed cleaning maintenance on the drum and it was not better. I put in a different toner cartridge and the printed documents were perfect. This lead me to believe that the drum on the toner cartridge became defective. I have purchased other cartridges from Supermediastore with much success. I will try again.
