Review of 4 Pack HP Q6003A Toner Cartridge (HP Color Series) - Compatible Magenta 2000 yield

The first item received was missing a small black tab that was necessary to make it open when the printer door was closed (appeared broken prior to packaging, not during shipping). The return process wasn't as clean as I might have hoped, but after a chat session, I was able to get an RMA form, to cover the return shipping. Then, after waiting for return and replacement shipping, I received the new item, which has worked well, so far (for the last few days). At this price, it seems well worth it, despite the hiccup with the first item received.

I have used 4 of these cartridges lately, they all have been defective in some manner. Supermedia has been great with exchange program. The issue is something the vendor is doing because each one of the magenta cartridges leak at some point during its life cycle.

I purchased remamufactured toner from another website and it was terrible. The plastic casing on the front not only opened up but came off the hook putting the ink toner on the imaging facing and tearing up the paper and jamming my laser.

These remanufactured products did not do that and I am very pleased with the color and black printing. I purchased the black, magenta, yellow and cyan. I will purchase these again.

The new one is working fine. I replaced a defective one which I had purchased some time ago. I only discovered it was defective when I had a service technician come to see why the printer wouldn't print any red. I should have thought of the cartridge first before calling the technician.
