We just opened the 505A hp cartridge, it has a line going up and down on left side of pages.
We put old one back to see if printer was the problem but, no lines only on new cartridge. Haven't opened other cartridges so far.

Two of these cartridges opened up in the machine after they were installed and running, making a mess and forcing us to change them out.

We have had this machine for years and we are very adept at changing the cartridge. Usually don't have this problem with Super Media Store.

I give it a 5 in all but two catagories. The quality is almost as good as the HP Toner but definetly good enough for any daily or light office use and the overall is a 4 only becasue of a 4 on quality. The price and delivery is unmatched since I pay between 1/3 to 1/4 less for the product you can't beat it. Sometimes the order gets delivered much earlier which is even better. It's the best product for price and add the free delivery. I'm not sure how they do it but keep it up.

I bought 4 toners for a HP printer. They were shipped with 4 day delivery, Opened the 1st one and the plastic strip you pull to release the toner BROKE and the cartridge was useless.
Went to 2nd one - working VERY CAREFULLY - the plastic pulled and I almost lost it.
BAD WORKMANSHIP,
I still have to try # 2 & 3.
I contacted them by email - took 1 day to get a RMA and 3 days to get the fed-ex pre-paid label.
MY CONCERNS
1. I hope # 3 & 4 are ok!
2. How long to get me the replacement - it will be sent after they get the bad one.

NOTE: There is NOT a high capacity toner available - this one is 2300 pages. Don't buy a HP P2035 printer if you do high quantity printing. It's OK for low quantity printing. I had 5 pages to send to 800 prospects - TOOK 3 cartridges !!! I always try to have 2 new ones at the ready.

I took a chance with supermediastore.com on a toner cartridge for my son's HP laser printer. It worked so well that I just ordered 4 more on the buy three get one free deal. While that is quite a bit of toner, my daughter also has the same printer and both children are in school (one in high school and one in college). With this order, I should be done for while, however. Wish all the chances I have taken on stuff turned out as well as this buy!

Have had nothing but trouble with this toner. I am now concerned that it is actually destroying my printers. Constant skewed, stretched and smashed prints with light and heavy black bands. I replaced with a higher quality brand name toner and it hasn't happened since. Bad product, definitely avoid!

One of my colleagues suggested I try this "compatible" toner cartridge one from supermediastore.com. The price was great, and the free standard shipping made this purchase a no-brainer,

What about performance? Well, I was pleasantly pleased. The print from the previous HP cartridge began to fade much earlier than I expected and required "shaking" numerous times over multiple weeks to extend it's use. This "compatible" cartridge lasted much longer without fading, and when the print finally did start to fade, it lasted no more than a week- What this means that you will get more consistent prints with less work over a longer period of time between cartridge swaps.

I won't buy my toner from anywhere else.

I would give this product 5 stars for everything but I dont know much about toners, since I had ordered this product for my father to use for work. He says "they work fine" though, which I translated to mean that they're good. Don't know about great though.

That aside, the shipping was FREE and the price is VERY reasonable compared to many other sites. The package came at a reasonable time.
I will probably order this product again.
