This was a re-order for me. The last one I bought is still going strong at about 1700 copies. I find the quality to be as good as the original manufacturer at about a third of their price. As usual your service was great. Shipped free the next day and took six days to go coast to coast (would have been five, but one day was a holiday) I'll recommended this toner and SuperMediaStore to anybody.

The computer tracks the usage and warned when the first cartridge was nearly empty, so I re-ordered the same again. I am still waiting for the first cartridge to run out. It appears that you don't skimp on the amount of toner you put in a cartridge. Thanks for a good product that is living up to all your claims.

I have shopped around and this is the cheapest place to buy toner and it is very good quality and does last as long as it says it does. I definitely like the "buy so many, get one free" deal that they have going on. I like to stock up on the toner and they last for a long time. Very fast delivery as well.

There was a shadow print on the first 50 or so copies I made using your cartridge, like an image was stuck on the drum. It has since stopped. Otherwise it is working fine and we will see how long it lasts. I have been using the new cartridge less than 1 week.

Item arrived earlier than expected. We had initially purchased a replacement cartridge at Staples. When hubby came home with the item and the receipt I choked and he returned it the next day. I had already found the SuperMediaStore and had ordered the cartridge. It was well packed, arrived quickly and the site was very detailed on what to expect, that it wasn't reconditioned or 2nd class etc. I will gladly purchase my replacement cartridges again from this company.

Toner Cartridge works just like HP's original thus far. No smearing or anything negative. We'll see if it delivers on the number of pages it claims. This cartridge came at a great price compared to what HP wants...you'd think HP's was gold plated or some such thing for their price. Super Media Store provided a smooth and good shopping experience.

The cartridge is recognized by the printer as an original HP cartridge and has a function that tells you when to reorder. The printing quality is very good and comparable to HP cartridges which cost much more.I have used two of these generic ones. The first one lasted over 2500 copies and was excellent. The second cartridge barely did 1500 copies.

Do not buy this cartridge. It has leaked all inside my printer and already prints very light after only a 100 printouts. It's very expensive for this poor quality.

Unfortunately, this toner did not work well with the small printer it was intended for and therefore, had to be returned. In all honesty, I don't think it was the toner cartridge as I have tried other remanufactured toners and they have not worked in this printer. Only the true HP toner seems to do the trick.
