when they work they seem equal to the Canon brand but the first one didn't fit good and caused paper jams.

I'd read some reviews here saying these cartridges had a high defect rate, so I bought three just to be on the safe side. Thanks to SuperMediaStore's awesome prices, that was still less than what one Canon cartridge would have cost me.

My order arrived a lot sooner than I expected it to even though I just went with standard shipping, and the first cartridge I opened up has been working perfectly. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I purchased this toner cartridge as a backup as a backup when my original Canon cartridge was getting low. finally it registered as empty one day ago and I replaced it with the product from Linkyo. Its use has been limited so far but it looks as though it will be doing the job. The price was great, getting three for the price of two and I hope the shelf life of the two remaining ones does not become an issue.

When the cartridges work, they are great. When they don't, they are a pain. I RMA'ed two defective cartridges and paid around $11.00 shipping back to Super Media Store. The following week, I received two more defective cartridges and have not RMA'ed them. I sent a message to support/customer service with no answer. Paying for shipping of defective cartridges back to the vendor is ludicrous especially when it is the vendor's fault and the price of the cartridges do not justify the return shipping price. Because of this batch of bad cartridges and no customer service support whatsoever, (except for the return of the 2 RMA'ed cartridges with no customer interaction whatsoever) I have went elsewhere to purchase CN104 cartridges.

First, these toner cartridges are already the best price online for this printer.

Second, buy two, get one more for free? These things basically came to me at about $18 apiece shipped--that's better than a color inkjet cartridge that will only last you maybe 100 sheets.

Third, the quality is acceptable. I don't plan on complaining if my color of black is off the Pantone standard, if you get my meaning. It's clean, crisp, and the cartridges are easily serviceable.

Getting these cartridges anywhere else is just senseless. Love this deal!

One toner out of probably over 30 that I have ordered was bad. This was the first time I ever ordered this brand and thats when i got the bad one. They replaced it once I got hold of someone. That was another issue in itself but once communication was established They sent a replacement free of charge and shipping. Yeild sems a little lower than the rest Ive ordered.

Received 3 cartridges @ half the price of an OEM cartridge.
So far the first one smudged and smeared every few pages. I'm on the second cartridge now. Got my return number and am waiting to see how this one prints. The warranty offered is for a full year which should cover any future problems. So, I'll let you know!

I have had some issues with the first toner not having even coverage and I have problems on thicker stock where is smears. It is not bad enough to not purchase again but still noticeable.I would purchase a more expensive toner for high quality printing jobs.

This cartridge did exactly what it was supposed to do without being a half-filled joke. I was amazed that I did get a full 2000 prints because I have never bought anything but name brands that performed at full expectations. I could not have been more pleased with the price and, being a school teacher and owning and accounting firm, I need to be able to purchase ink as inexpensively as I possibly can. I will be ordering on a more regular basis and probably in larger quanities. Thank you again for such a great value.

I truly love the price and quality of the toner. I've purchased five or six of these and until now have had no problem.

The cartridge that is in my printer now is making a clattering sound like there's gears grinding. Since it's still working, I'll live with the noise....but will be wary if the next one does the same thing.

I made the mistake of buying a refilled toner cartridge and now I know why I usually buy new ones. The "compatible" cartridge installed normally, and functions, but leaves a smudge down the middle of every page. And the toner doesn't stay on the page.

No reason to pay for Canon OEM. Works just fine for everyday printing

We print on 20lb, 92 brightness copy & print paper, using our older Canon MF4150 B&W laser printer, and I can't tell any difference between the Canon OEM 104 cartridge and this 3rd Party toner cartridge.

We DON'T print on any other materials or thicknesses of paper with this printer, because it tends to smudge on other materials, even with the Canon OEM toner.

In short, there's no reason for us to pay three times as much (or more) for the same quality.

I have been using these toners for over 6 months and love them. The only problem I've ever had is sometimes when I print 2-sided documents there is a line down the paper. But that is very rare and almost never happen twice in a row. I use it at home for homeschooling and for printing up many reports and announcement for our church. It is a great price, especially when you use it as much as I do, and I love how quickly they ship it. I would highly recommend to anyone!

This toner cartridge works just as good as the canon unit worked. I realize the number of copies given may sound like it is low but almost all my copies were of black & white pictures which takes up a lot of toner. Even with the the higth usage the cost per copy was quite low, good unit. I would recomend this product.

Absolutely compatible with the original Canon 104 toner cartridge used in many of Canon's all-in-one laser printers.

I have used at least 4-5 of these Supermedia Store's cartridges over the last couple of years with no problems whatsoever. No discernable difference in print output quality from the Canon name-brand cartridge in my layman eyes.

Reliably get about 2000 printed pages per cartridge, making it about 1 cent per page if you catch the cartridge on sale.

An extra bonus is that I can usually rather easily refill the cartridge myself with bulk toner at least two more times before the drum starts streaking and the waste toner compartment fills up. Refilling the cartridge myself for these two additional 2000-page cycle runs really brings down the overall per-page cost to almost half a cent per page. Can't beat that with a stick!

Order this cartridge with confidence. I do.

I think this is the best value ever for toner cartridges. They seem reliable, and the printing quality is quite acceptable. Haven't had any major problems, although one cartridge developed a vertical streak on printed output (I looked at the "drum," and it had a groove on it, which would explain the streak). All things considered, I am completely satisfied.

This cartridge gives great results when printing to my Canon 4270 printer. The costs are significantly less than OEM. The only fault I find is that output is closer to 1700 pages than 2000, but on a cost per page, still has a significant advantage over OEM.

I have a Canon ImageClass MF4350d all-in-one laser printer (best laser printer for the money, IMO) and have been using these Canon 104 toner cartridges from Supermediastore for quite some time. They have been consistently excellent - they are AT LEAST AS GOOD as the OEM Canon cartridges I used to buy from Office Depot. At a fraction of the price. They look the same, the packaging is the same, the results are the same. The only thing that is not the same is the huge difference in price. Try these. What have you got to lose. Supermediastore has a satisfaction policy that is even better than the big box stores. I will certainly remain a customer here ecause I appreciate value for my dollar. Thanks to other reviewers who convinced me to take a chance the first time.

The Laser Toner I bought from Super Media Store is working just fine and at a fraction of the cost of the Brand Name products. What's the difference really? I just need toner that prints and if the price is right, that's an extra benefit. Well, that's what I got. The toner works fine and so far is indistinguishable from the original toner start-up package that came with my new printer. The brand name toner cartridges were priced at $90 to $70 for non-OEM, but still name brand, such as Staples. At SuperMediaStore I got the same toner cartridges for just over $20 each. What a Bargain.

I've had good luck using these toner cartridges. Other aftermarket cartridges I have used leave lines or smudges. These do not. However, I can only get about 1400 copies per cartridge (even after taking the cartridge out several times after it says a new cartridge is needed and shaking and reinstalling it). But for the price, I still think it is a good deal. Delivery was very quick.

This toner's main selling point is that it is CHEAP! It works great most of the time. Sometimes the roller jams when faxing multiple pages (Canon D480) with these refurbed cartridges which will time out the fax TX, only sending a few pages.

Overall great toner if your on a budget. If you can afford official brand new Canon toner, go for that instead.

Anyone that is curious about ordering from online companies like this, needs to just order one toner and find out themselves. That's what I did about a year or so ago. This toner is ordinarilly quite expensive, if you get the name brand toner. My Mom is a teacher and she uses her Canon copier almost everyday. She and I are very pleased with the toners from SupermediaStore.com.

These cartridges are supposed to yield 2000 copies and they do not come close to that number. The price is very good, but there is not an equivalent amount of ink in the cartridge as compared to hose made by Canon.

This toner seems to work well except it prints kind of light. Just regular typed letters look OK but if you print anything with graphics it looks washed out like it is a copy of the original. It is too bad because this is a great price. I probably will have to go back to the more expensive stuff.
