I usually don't write reviews but I had to voice this. I haven't had any issues with the product itself but there have been a number of times when the CDs break through the packaging during shipping and are strewn throughout the box by the time it gets to me. I thank SMS for their great prices and service, but this needs to be addressed going forward. It's really a bad look. A little extra bubble wrap in certain instances might do the trick.

NO PROBLEM DISC

Used 300 of these disc with no coasters. performed well, good playback, printed good in my Primera Bravo-se as well as my Epson. Delivery was timely; however, the packaging is inconsistent. One order was well packed and the other was not packed well at all. NOTE: while this is a continuous white surface to the hub, the center is lighter. It is printable but there is a noticeable difference in the hub area. However, if you are printing full coverage you may never notice.

Titan CDs were Defective and would not record

Tried recording digital pictures on three Titan CDs and all failed the recording process. Switched to some Verbatim CDs I had and those worked just fine.

Both packets had broken apart durring shipment. About 10 CDs had been scratched - so for the price - I tossed them.

I have never had such a hard time trying to have my items delivered from your office. The FedEx personnel were so very confused and confusing that I would hope you have an alter avenue of delivery. Quite unacceptable. Other than that, the product itself is excellent.

The last few times I orderd this product (Titan), I have pulled them out of the box and the packaging around the CD's/DVD's has broken and the CD's/DVD's have fallen all over the place. I just wish they could wrap these better. Obviously I know this probably is not an issue SupermediaStore has to much control over. Titan needs to fix the issue.

I had no coasters after 600 burned disks, they are a bit thinner than most disks and I had my bravo miscount the bins but had no issues duplicating or verifying

Cheap discs that don't work.

These discs do not work. Do not buy them. I sent them back and supermedia store sent me back the same exact discs I sent. I had to purchase discs for my project elsewhere to get my project done it time. Not good.

I have bought hundreds of these, and they work fine. When they arrive, there is always some damage to the end caps or the plastic wrapper around the stack of discs. I don't think I have ever received an undamaged shipment of discs, but the discs themselves were never damaged.

These CDs are a poor quality. They do not duplicate well. I have thrown away almost as many as I have duplicated. The speed is slower than 52X also. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Thin Discs caused loading problems with loading arms, 3% recording errors

Shipping was same as usual, prompt. Price was excellent but counter-balanced by poor performance of discs in my automated equipment. Due to the discs being thin, there were many misloads and machine errors, causing my equipment to stop. More discs than ever discarded due to writing errors. Not good on automated equipment.

This CD-R's quality is good for the price, although the delivery quality was not good. The plastic wraps on the bottom of the products were torn off (4 out of 6 in a box). This made the bottom disks to have scratches, and eventually not good for duplication. If the manufacturer give some more attention to the packaging of the products, customer's satisfaction will increase dramatically.

I've long used Ridata blanks on my Primera Bravo SE Disc Publisher. I saw this Titan 100 pack for about $4 less and decided to give them a try. Did just fine! Even though both are advertized at 52X, Titan actually records at 40X on my equipment (as did a recent buy of Phillips discs) while Ridata records at 32X. It seems they all are made in Taiwan.

Titans CD's are Really Great

By packing two cases in the same master shipper there is less support for the case of CD's inside . . . . Althought the produst is a really good one, the Wrappers around the stacks of CD's can't take the amount of jostling when packed 2 cases to a shipper carton.
Invariably the one that breaks is not a corner but the middle one on the outside. not sure I will be able to trust about 1/3 of that stack/hundred. We'll see. There goes the profit/cost.

This is a great price and I never have issues with the product itself. I am however a little dissapointed with it package. The last two time I have ordered this product the packaging around the CD's was broken on several of them. So when I picked up the CD's they fell everywhere. I am sure they still work, but a little dissapointed by the flimsy packaging.

I have been using Ridata label CD's, but you offered such a good deal on the Titan disks that I had to fall for the price. Halfway through the supply and no coasters. Really good duplication. And I believe that the thinner disks will be more Post Office friendly weight-wise.
