I just had to do appox. 580 cd's for our church revival and did not have a single one turn out bad. This has been a very good cd for our church use in the past year I recorded appox. 2000 cd's and have not had any problems except for my mistakes in coping the disc. We will continue using this great product.

Great discs, poor packaging.

Of course the discs themselves are great and shipping was fast. However, they ship on spindles with no spacers at the top to keep the stack tight, thus the discs are free to slide up and down about a half inch on the post during shipment. I spot checked 2 discs on each spindle and didn't see any scratches or scuffs, but this can't be good.

I have used Taiyo Yuden disks for over 10 years. They are absolutely the best. No coasters ever. I have used the value line, the silver lacquer, and the white inkjet prinatable. I have had no problems with any of them. I like the printable, because they give an extra layer of protection to the disk label side, in case I don't want to put a lable on. I use these to burn karaoke cdgs and also regular audio disks. Absolutely the best disk on the market, and they are truly very compatible with all players and burners they I have used. This site is the best because it offers these disks at a price that I can afford, the free shipping is great. I can't get these disks at any store where I live, so having a site like supermedia is of utmost important to me. Keep up the good work!

These CDRs were ordered for a church that uses CDs to record services and distributes copies for members on request. We have been using Taiyo Yuden regular CDRs for a number of months, and they have proven to be a high quality product. We have been experiencing very low failure rates, probably around 1-2%, which is much lower than other brands we have tried. The ones we get from SuperMediaStore seem to be the best quality Taiyo Yuden product. Those ordered under this name from other, even reputable suppliers have not always had the same low failure rate.

I've used large quantities of these disks for years to make copies of their concerts for a symphony. Despite being listed as 52X, they have a much thicker dye layer which makes them best for 8X recording, and that means better longevity and compatibility for audio. I've had no complaints since I switch from high speed recording on other brands with nearly invisible dye layers.

As far as I am concerned, these are the finest printable CD's available. I am using a high speed duplicator to copy our software products and have tried many others. All others got a 20%+ failure rate. These got a 0% failure rate. Very professional looking as well.

Taiyo Yuden CD's and DVD's are the only ones I use because I've experienced the fewest problems with them. When you're burning a lot of media on a short timeframe the last thing you need is to waste time re-burning because of bad media. The few extra pennies you pay are more than worth it.

Our experience with the JVC Taiyo Yuden CD’s has been great. We have not experienced any failures in writing our files to these disks since we have been purchasing them. According to the reviews on the web, the Taiyo Yuden CD’s are among the top CD’s for Quality and data retention. Our graphics are somewhat simple so printing has not been an issue either. The price we pay has also been great. Other stores have prices that are nearly double that of SuperMediaStore. Thanks SuperMediaStore.

When we owned a recording studio in Chicago we used
Taiyo Yuden White Inkjet Printable 52X CD-R Media and have never been dissapointed. Naturally there have been a few bad disks but considering the quanity purchased there was a very low percentage.

After trying literally dozens of brands of CDRs on my HHb Burn-It 830 CD recorder - perhaps the worst audio-visual component I have ever purchased - these discs were recommended by someone, and I've finally found a blank disc that works on this ridiculous machine.
I have burned about a dozen discs so far and - knock on wood - all have worked perfectly. I have a couple hundred discs that the HHb has corrupted over the course of 4 years. I don't mean to demean the discs made by Sony, TDK, Memorex and many more companies (it's not thier fault) but the HHb would just destroy all of them and though the burner was advertised as having the ability to burn on just about any kind of disc, I found that the only disc that was safe on it was the HHb discs which, incidentally are among the highest price discs on the market (about $1.75 each).
But this is a review about the Taiyo Yuden discs and all I can say is that so far I'm completely satisfied and the ink jet printable versions make a beautifully printed final product.

This is an excellent product with an excellent price and delivery was prompt. The only problem I have with this product is that I ordered the wrong product. I meant to order the "full face" product, as I print directly onto cd's with my Epson Artisan 710 printer. I will be more careful in the future, but I have absolutely no problems with this product.

I have found these Taiyo Yuden CDRs from SuperMediaStore to be a good product. Most of these are being purchased to make live recordings of church services, where if we have a bad disk we will miss a service. Of course, Taiyo Yuden has a good reputation as one of the best quality disks, but I have sometimes found more than 10% defective ones in T-Y blanks purchased from other sources. We have had very few defective ones in the T-Y CDRs from SuperMediaStore. I expect we will continue to purchase more. They don't necessarily have the very lowest price one can find, but their prices are reasonable including the free shipping even to us on the East Coast.

Product was received a described, but the packing job done for my order was terrible. Upon arrival, 1 of the spindles of CDs was busted open and the bubble wrap that was supposed to be around it was not. Half of that spindle was laying loose in the box & several CDs were scratched an unusable.
If I order from SuperMediaStore.com again, I would hope to get more durable packaging so my merchandise is not damaged during shipping.

I have been using Taiyo Yuden printable CDs ever since I got my Bravo II Disk Publisher. I have never had a disk failure. I have seen these cheaper at other places, but when you factor in the shipping cost, SuperMediaStore.com with free shipping is the winner every time.
