I've ordered many items from SuperMediaStore and up until this order all has been well. I have no complaints about the cases as they are very nice. But my order was short 1 case & I needed exactly 25 cases. I called customer service & they are unwilling to open a a box to fulfill my order. They will only credit my account for their mistake. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
