The items shipped came quickly and all arrived intack..

We have ordered these cases many times over the last few years, and every time there
are always broken cases in the shipment. At least two in every box are unusable. At one time we had 5 broken cases! Most of them have cracked plastic covers or the hinge is broken. It's not worth sending them back to ask for a refund or replacement, the postage to send them would cost more then the cases. You folks need to pack them differently so they don't break during shipment. Or, they are packed pretty tightly in the box, so maybe it's in the packing - someone is not checking for broken cases or just doesn't care if a few broken ones get packed in.

I have ordered from supermedia store before and have never been disappointed but when I received this package, 4 of the cases were damaged. There was no packing material used, they were just put in a fitted cardboard box. Unless this issue gets resolved I most likely won't be ordering from Super Media Store in the future.

Your price and service are 1st rate. The product did not
live up to my expectations. I thought I would get a heavy duty case. It is very light. When I go to replace store
bought broken discs, my inclination is to keep them in the old and cracked ones, which are noticeably heavier. These
feel very light, and tacky. I'd be real pleased if you
were to carrier a ''premium'' heavy duty standard jewel
case. Please notify me if that changes. I like your store.

when my product is finish, it looks like done by a pro shop.

Great to work with. Only problem was ten of the jewel cses were broken.

I had one bad case out of 100. Not too bad....
