Everything is great however I have one small concern.(NOT A COMPLAINT). When shipping the CD jewel case's in the standart, please put an ample supply of padding on to and sides. My last 100 boc order contained 4 cracked peices. Not a big deal and I assure you I do not think they originated at yhe shipper location.. Always appreciate your service.

These cases do the job nicely for the money, but the edges are a bit sharp compared to the Memorex cases I've used and could scratch. On the other hand, the Memorex are at least twice the price.

We have ordered these cases many times over the last few years, and every time there
are always broken cases in the shipment. At least two in every box are unusable. At one time we had 5 broken cases! Most of them have cracked plastic covers or the hinge is broken. It's not worth sending them back to ask for a refund or replacement, the postage to send them would cost more then the cases. You folks need to pack them differently so they don't break during shipment. Or, they are packed pretty tightly in the box, so maybe it's in the packing - someone is not checking for broken cases or just doesn't care if a few broken ones get packed in.

I have ordered from supermedia store before and have never been disappointed but when I received this package, 4 of the cases were damaged. There was no packing material used, they were just put in a fitted cardboard box. Unless this issue gets resolved I most likely won't be ordering from Super Media Store in the future.

Product quality and price great but 25 out of 100 jewel cases damaged. SuperMedia made an adjustment for the damaged cases, so I'm okay with that. The packing needs to surround the jewel cases so when the handlers drop the box, the jewel cases are better protected.

Unlike from another source, these jewel cases arrived intact -- None broken. These appear to be unlicensed since the "Compact Disc" labels are obscured. There are some scuffs molded into the black trays as well.
If you need bargain priced boxes, these fit the bill. If you want first class, try another.

i still had two left, so i didnt open the box until today. well my cargiver opened it and like the last order the clear face was cracked in half. the box is smashed a little on the end the broken ones were packed. the box they come in is so packed tight that the box should be put in a larger box with some kind of bubble wrap or the popcorn stuff.

Unfortunately, the disks have a flimsy cellophane wrapping which always seems to allow a couple of the interior cases plastic hinge pins to break off. So out of 25 cases, you may consistently have two broken ones that you can't use.

I like the fact that the lid opening is limited to 180 degrees. Most budget cases will swing farther. I've ordered from other suppliers, but this was my first from SuperMediaStore. Theses cases are a great value for the price. They did not fall apart or break when I separated the trays to insert the covers. No broken cases in my order of 100, and the free shipping is great! At approximately 25 cents (including shipping, which was free) these cases are very affordable and do not cut much into my profit as I will use them as replacements for worn and broken ones holding CDs that I am selling on line. The cases are not as heavy and as high of quality as the record labels use, but they are adequate replacement cases. I think most customers probably won't note any difference between these and the industry's standard, so I feel comfortable using them. I was very pleased with the packing: none arrived broken. Overall I am quite pleased with the purchase.

UPS delivered it on time but could not leave it at my house because it needed my signature before delivering. I wish I would have known that my signature was required when the cases were ordered. I had to take a half a day off from work just to give UPS my signature, which the driver then said he didn't need! What???? Is there any way you can let customers now that "Signature Is Required" on UPS delivery orders. Thanks.

Well-made, good quality standard CD case

This standard, black tray CD case is very well designed and stands just a bit above what is otherwise a quite mundane item because of it.
Most cases have squared-off and sometimes sharp edges. This case however, has a slightly rounded top edge on the lid, which blends smoothly into the ribbed sides. This design feature makes it quite easy and comfortable to open.
The basic case design does not tend to hang when opening and closing as most tend to do. That makes the case feel much more solid. I can see this case lasting longer because of it, too.
Supermedia Store's willingness to sell larger quantity bundles such as this 100 lot makes the price nice, even after considering shipping fees.

I am dissapointed with the last two orders. Each had damaged product. They were well packed with shipping bubble. It seems here may be an internal problem at your end handling these items.

The item arrived in perfect condition. The cases were in a smaller box that was then placed within a larger box. The area in between the boxes was filled with hundreds of packing foam peanuts to prevent damage to the cases. I'm satisfied with the speed and quality of the transfer and will do business with this company again.

The CD cases arrived very quickly, faster than I expected.
The quality of the produce is quite good. I expected around five out of a hundred to be broken. I ordered 200 and had five in the first case of 100 broken and none in the second case. So I'm happy!
Whenever you order something as fragile as this you have to expect some damage.

It was surprising that the cases are not shrinkwrapped or no materials are used to protect the plastic cases from any damages which would occur in transportation. When the package arrived, the outer box was totally damaged and 15 out of 100 cases were broken in the package. the customer service was very prompt and they refunded the amount for the 15 cases very quickly, though. I suggest the packing system should be improved, otherwise you may have the same problem again.

I opened this package to check for any breakage , and found the packaging to be sufficient to protect the items inside. I also find these jewel cases to be much tighter and superior to others I purchased elseware. When in need of more, I will surely purchase from Super Media Store.

The SuperMediaStore dose not protect the product for shipping. 21 out of 100 received with damaged from poor packaging. Broken covers the main damage. Some trays were broken also. This is NOT a good buy with a 20% breakage rate before you receive them.

I purchase jewel cases from time to time to replace broken cases, to replace 'cut-out CDs' that sometimes come with end-of-line bargain offers, and to house CDs that come in a plastic envelope.

These cases, while inexpensive, use the flimsiest plastics of any I have ever purchased. Compare the weight of one of these cases to a commercial product and you'll notice the difference immediately. Flex the lid and see how flimsy it is. Or run you finger down the edges and you'll discover these have a sharp, unfinished feel, very different than what you would normally expect. They do cover and protect the CD and art, just don't press too hard. Overall I'm disappointed, wish I had purchased something else, and certainly would not buy these again.
