I can only based my comparison on one other 1 - 3 with out the additional features of USB connection and Hd. This unite has already performed as well as any other duplicator. If any of the factory settings need to be changed this can be done with ease,
I would not hesitate purchasing a second one

I received this unit very quickly, and it arrived in perfect condition. I set it up and reviewed the manual. It looked simple enough. I set the unit up to copy and verify the copies. I put a DVD into the top tray and 3 blanks in the other rays. The unit checked and started making 3 copies. The copies completed quickly, and the verification process was even quicker. Each copy worked perfectly. O.K., I then copied 3 CD-R audio disks. Just popped in the correct media, and 3 more perfect copies. The unit automatically detected that it was a CD, and not a DVD. What could be simpler? This unit is perfect for my copying needs. Thanks SuperMediaStore for your usual sterling service!

This 3 to 1 duplicator replaced my 2 to 1 that I had been using for about 7 years. This one burns full DVDs in about six minutes, which is twice as fast as my old one, and the best part has been been the diversity. I haven't had an issue with 'brand' of blank media yet. My old was giving me an error message with just about everyone I'd put in unless it was Ridata 8x blanks. This new is burning everything at any speed. Very happy with this product and would highly recommend!

I was looking for a CD duplicator without too many bells and whistles. I do not have a high volume requirement but several times a year need to run off a few dozen. I purchased this item with the fear that I might have gotten what I paid for... but was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I duplicate CDs mostly from a CD source. I found that the process was very simple, and took only minutes to duplicate the 3 CDs. I have still not tried to duplicate from my PC- but given the on-screen instructions- I suspect this wold be pretty simple as well. I would definitely recommend this duplicator for someone with a modest output requirement.

It's quick, efficient, and does a good job...most of the time.

I have a series of "how to" DVD's that I sell, so I've noticed that this machine occasionally has its quirks.

1) When duplicating something, it will sometimes appear that the process has gone off without a hitch. However, after the customer watches a DVD, they will inform me that it's skipping in certain parts. I found out quickly that if one of the DVD copies from a certain run skips, they all do it, and in the exact same spots. Which means that if I've made 9 copies of the same disk, I now have to throw away what I thought were 9 good copies and re-duplicate them. The good news is though, that if one disk in a run works perfectly, they all do.

2) Occasionally, when running large volumes of DVD's, after the 30th copy or so (10 runs of the machine), everything after that the machine spits out as an error. At first, you'll think that it was just 3 bad DVD's, but then you put in 3 more and they don't copy either, so you try 3 more from a different pack of DVD's thinking that you might have a bad pack...the new ones don't work either. The good news here is that the fix for this issue seems to be unplugging the machine and just letting it sit for a few hours. After that, it seems to function correctly each time.

3) Despite what the instructions say, this machine can NOT copy CD's. I've tried dozens of different CD's on every copy and read speed that I can. The result...sometimes the CD's will play for 5 minutes, sometimes they'll play for the whole CD, but every 10 minutes or so, it will skip forward 2 minutes, so you miss out on something. Most of the time though, what ends up happening is that the CD just won't work at all, no matter how many CD players you put it into. So, if you're wanting to copy CD's as well as DVD's, you'll need a separate machine for that purpose.

Despite its drawbacks though, I'd highly recommend this DVD copier for the average user. It's a great price, and it does the job quite well most of the time.

Works very well! We've had the product for two weeks and it has already begun to speed up the process of duplicating CDs for our law office. Ordered on a Friday (standard shipping), received on Tuesday. Packaged nicely. Product came with PDF documentation. I plan on purchasing more of these in the near future.

Not a bad purchase makes life easier

This is the first duplicator I've owned & couldn't be more pleased. I glanced over the instructions and had copies made within 10 minutes with no problems!

It is fast! It takes about 6 minutes to duplicate a full DVD. I set it up so it checks the quality of the source DVD to make sure there will be no problem reading it, then I have it verify the completed DVDs to be sure are all correct and match the source DVD. This makes the total time to duplicate a DVD about 15 minutes. It sure beats trying to do it one at a time on my computer!

This duplicator is an incredible product the easiest duplicator I have ever owned. From day one out of the box it has worked flawless. The first time I used it I turned it on and it was ready to go. I would highly recommend it to any one wanting a user friendly duplicator at great price.

I've been using my burner since I received it and so far it has been doing fine. Still figuring out all the functions because the install instructions are not really clear...

It took only a few minutes to get used to the control panel. I finally figured out how to get to the copy controller functions. You have to go to the expert mode, which is C3, At bootup,it shows C1 Copy, use the down button and press down past C2 to C3 to get to the main major fuction menu, in the controller. This wasn't in the operating manual.I'm not sure how to go about getting a firmware update.
Overall, a great duplicator for the price and ease of operation. Another satified customer, again.

I have had a single burner for more than 6 years. I film HS sports and give copies to the teams. This one burns 3 at 1 time. Awesome!

This duplicator is exactly what I needed for my small business. For many of my jobs, I will burn 30 DVD copies and this duplicator has made my life much easier. I'm not tying up my computer, and it's fast. Even when I use the "verify" option, it only takes about 8 minutes to burn 3 copies of a 90-min DVD. I do wish there was a way to automatically copy and verify, but having this item has made such a big improvement to my workflow that I don't consider it to be a big deal. And verifying the disks is a very simple step.

Only used it a couple days so far, haven't had time to study how to have it burn and verify in one step. It has lots of options in that area, according to the user manual. Wish it could burn DVD-R to DVD+R and the other way around. It lets you but gives an error at the end. Documentation says you can improve burn speeds by adding a hard drive but you void the warranty if you open the case. Don't know if adding a hard drive is a standard SATA or older IDE nor any size restrictions. Sounds like it will automatically format the hard drive though per the user guide. Not bad burn speeds on DVD. 4-6 minutes for 3 disks, depending on the amount of data.

It might not be blu-ray but it was worth it

works exactly as described. very easy to use. just pop in the disc you want to copy and make one, two or three copies in less than 5 mins.

Fantastic duplicator for the price; Incredibly easy to use and I've made over 30 copies without a problem, saving me the painful process of burning a disc at a time. A disc, containing 90min of content takes just under 5minutes to make 3 copies.

I just wish SuperMediaStore could ship to Hawaii without using only UPS 2nd or 1 Day Air because the shipping costs were almost half the cost of the duplicator itself. When I searched on-line for a comparative 1-3 disc duplicator, most were in the upper $300 to $400 range, without shipping.

Fantastic company and I'll continue to do business with them, however, when I need to order DVD-Rs, I'll have to make use of the free ground shipping and have it shipped to a relative's house in CA and have them mail it off in a USPS flat rate box.

What more can I say. I have used the unit three times and had no problems. Used without reading any instructions because it is that easy to operate.

Worked right out of the box. Makes copies quickly. My only concern is the number of failures (6 out of the first 27) but that may just be my getting used to operating the unit. Unit seems sturdy enough. Only time will tell as to how long it will last, but I'm basically happy with it.

Works great. So easy my 7 year old grandaughter is making copies of all of our family movies. Making 3 copies at a time is a great time saver.

It is an easy to use duplicator and relatively fast. I used it to make copies of game film at the end of a game. The original DVD was 30 minutes long. It took 5 minutes to make the first 3 copies then about 3-1/2 minutes for each subsequent batch of 3. The only downside was the user manual. I had an error the next day when making copies and could not find anything in the documentation to match the error message. It figured a way around it when I replaced the source disk and put in fresh burn disks. Still a great value and I plan on buying another one for backup and to speed up the process. I had people waiting in line for game film copies!

I am only sorry that I waited so long to find this! When I think of all the time I wasted sitting around for 20 minutes per copy with my regular burner ..... This read, copied, burned and verified in only a few minutes!!!

It is so easy to use you don't even need instructions, but it does come with a full manual on a CD for you to refer to if you aren't sure of how to do something.
