About a dozen of the 200 jewel cases were damaged, I assume in shipping. Packaging seemed adequate but still had some breakage. Considering the net cost, about 15 cents pre case, it didn't seem worth the hassle of going through return and RMA procedures, so I just wrote a brief note to customer service. They promptly credited my charge card for the broken items.

I perform in Branson, Missouri and have my CDs duplicated and sent to me without cases. I shop for CD cases and usually end up buying them when Staples has one of their 'rare' sales. After an internet search, I ordered 2000 jewel cases and they were delivered just as predicted. One box was damaged and when I e-mailed SuperMedia, they credited my credit card with the value of the cases that were damanged. SuperMedia packaged these jewel cases well for shipping, and the cases themselves are wrapped tightly in plastic to keep them from getting broken or warped in shipping. These came in sets of 4 packages of 25 each so you can store them easily and without worrying that they will get warped or broken, and the packaging makes storage a lot easier. The cases themselves are made a little better than a lot of slim cases I have bought; these seem to be a little stronger and tighter. I will purchase more of these when I use up the 100 I got from SuperMedia!

This is a great product, simple, affordable, and nice to work with. It arrived on time and safe (the packing box was inside packing peanuts inside another box--no breakage here). The center is durable and will not break over time. The only potential problem I see is the hinges and the thin material might break or crack. Besides this being a potential issue in the future I will buy this product again. Also the price beat out a major retailer by .10 cents a unit.

I was very happy with these slim jewel cases, but, most of all I was happy with the way they were packed. Not a single case was broken during shipment, unlike the last cases that I ordered. These Linkyo cases were packed very tightly in plastic, in quarters by fifty, so all 200 arrived in perfect condition. This product is highly recommended to other buyers.
