First toner cartridge defective; had to pay return shipping to get replacement

Hope the second one works better than the first one! Shouldn't have to pay return shipping for defective product. That should be on SuperMediaStore to stand behind their products.

Good value, works fine with Samsung CLP 325W

I was a little reluctant to buy this product after seeing something similar on Amazon that had 3 reviews, all of which said the cartridge wouldn't work because the printer wouldn't recognize it without a proprietary electronic chip or something like that.

Because SuperMediaStore guaranteed the product and because they also are an accredited BBB member, I decided to give it a try as a first time customer, figuring that I would have some recourse if it didn't work.

The toner cartridge went in fine and the printer recognized it without any hiccups. I'll probably be back when it's time to replace the color toner.
