I've been using these with two Pioneer BDR205 Burners for over a year (imgburn s/w, on Vista32/64) always with verify, zero defects.
Use several playback machines, primarily LG BR based.
The folks who have problems need to be looking seriously at their h/w and s/w.
Prices have dropped from over $2 when I started burning to the just over $1 now. Printing 100% with Epson R380. ink from... SuperMedia as well.
Been using Ritek since 2003, over 3000 DVD5's burned, now climbing up with BD25's.
Use several playback machines, primarily LG BR based.

I noticed the product number has changed, one replaces the other and now they don't work with my burner, hey if things work well, just leave them alone, now it will cost me more to send them back than I paid originally.

For a relatively modest price, I have to date found these disks to have good solid playback. I have also come to trust them for archiving; they certainly save space over DVD roms.

First 7 disc's wouldn't copy all the info.Would get to 70-80% and then a burn failure.Wouldn't recommend these disc's at all.Anyone need some coasters?

I've burned through at least 100 of these discs on the LG WH10LS30K at 4X, and not one of them has failed me. They all play flawlessly in my Samsung BR player as well.
My only slight complaint is the printing surface. I've seen better contrast with other discs, but for the price these can't be beat!

I have been purchasing these for almost 2 years now. I burn at the rated 4X speed and have never had a "coaster".
The white printing surface is very good. Text and images are clear and sharp. Just remember that the printed surface is not waterproof.
I will continue to purchase this media and would hope the price continues to decrease over time.

high failure rate on burning

I've had an almost 50% failure rate on the disks. When I did an online chat with customer service, I was told that I had to return the disks that had burned correctly too, in order to receive a refund. I'd spent all weekend working on backing up a project, and by the time I realized the high failure rate, I was so far into the archiving, that I continued, until I had time to contact customer service on Monday morning.
I purchased some bd-r disks locally to make sure there wasn't a hardware issue with my machine, and successfully burned a number of disks without any failures, so it wasn't the burner, software or the computer I am using.
Although I've had many successful interactions with supermediasotre.com, this bad one was very disappointing.

This is the first time I use this brand which works great for me. I've tried Verbatium, Memorex and Sony brands but getting alot of fail burn. This gave me a successful write everytime. The main use of the disc is for archiving projects.

I was happy to find printable BluRay discs at such a reasonable price. I can burn 25GBs of data in about 10 minutes. It takes longer than that to burn a Dual Layer DVD on my burner. I have only burned a few of these BD discs so far and I am hoping I get no coasters, but so far so good.

I just burned a title to the edges of the disk, which I don't do normaly, but I had to make up 2% without compressing the title--it takes way to long! It did it without a hickup! Nice printable area to hub, prints well on my HP All in one premium w/ CD/DVD printer--all and all it's a good deal, best deal I could find, just wish the damn things didn't cost so much! But just like CD's they'll come down...

Haven't used any of the discs yet - first BD I wanted to copy turned out to be double layer...my expectation is that these discs will be just as good as all the other Ritek media I've used - excellent! Will follow up if that proves not to be the case.

Cannot get my ASUS SBW-06C1S-U to work with these disks

I don't know where the problem lies. The ASUS SBW-06C1S-U burner has successfully worked with Verbatim Blu Ray disks that I own. On the other hand, these Ridata disks successfully burned on a Pioneer Blu Ray burner that I also own. Both burners were used with the same software and on the same computer, so there were no other variables. Right now, I have a stack of 20 Ridata Blu Ray disks that aren't doing me much good. This is a rare complain about Supermediastore products. Over the years, I have purchased hundreds of DVDs from you and they nearly always worked.

Have used these discs for about two years now. I use a Pioneer BDR-203 burner, and burn at a 2X rate (I like to be conservative when burning). All of the discs work perfectly when finished.
For printing I use an Epson - Artisan 710. The printable surface allows for some very professional looking labels. Just don't get them wet.

If you haven't guessed already, I'm a huge fan of Supermediastore.com. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues. These blu-ray hub printable discs are yet another great buy. I've burned a handful already and have had no "coasters" - which is what we all should expect, though not always the case. The diameter of the printable hub seems to be identical to the other printable hub media I have (I mention this because the non-printable hub media I have seems to vary in diameter depending on the manufacturer). I recommend these blu-ray discs and Supermediastore.com.

As with recordable DVD's when they first appeared, BluRay Discs are a little pricey. As time goes by the prices will drop and they will be more affordable. BluRay burning now is just as amazing as DVD's were in their infancy. These discs will do the job for 95% of recordings with little failure. I've used Ridata discs for years and found their quality to be far above others which fail at a higher rate. I've read reviews that complain about the printing quality of the label surface structure and can only be bemused if the question is about appearance instead of content quality. The answer seems transparently obvious. I'd choose content quality myself. The labels appear fine to me. When you put it in a player, who cares!

This was our first purchase from Supermediastore and they were great, but the product was disappointing. We really needed the printable media, but the discs failed recording at 4x. They were great at 2x, but we had to throw away 6-8 of them before we figured that out. Don't expect 4x.

I bought 100 of these BD-R disks. I haven't burned enough of them to offer a complete indication of how solid they are, but I burned three so far without issue. Only time will tell how archival they are.
The price is definitely fitting for the product, I believe.

These are best valued 25GB BD-R printable discs around. So far all successful burns at 8X using ImgBurn on an LG WH08LS20K. The hub printable surface isn't as bright white as Verbatims but it absorbs ink fine and there is no logo or text whatsoever on it. Playback is without a hitch on PowerDVD 9/10 & PS3. Definitely will be buying more.

I am very impressed as this has been my first attempt at burning Blu-ray DVDs instead of standard DVDs. My only quibble is that the ink jet printed color labels are not equal (in color and smoothness of the color image) to those images printed on Taiyo Yuden TYG02 DVD-R DVDs. The printed image is good but nor great.

I have used 25 and so far no problems. Ridata's have a nice, smooth printable surface too. Work great with my LG burner.

Ridata compares favorably to Verbatim

I have burned Verbatim and Ridata BD discs. I haven't had any problems with either of type of disc. Ridata discs are often less expensive than Verbatim and thus are a better buy. The Ridata discs I purchased were inkjet printable. I haven't yet printed on them (printer is out of ink currently), but the quality of the inkjet surface looks good.

I ordered these because they were on sale at $1.90 per disc (pretty good price in my opinion) even though I was a little leary of the product. Not anymore, these discs are great! 10 burns and not one coaster. For printing, I use an Epson Artisan 710.

Good price fast delivery

Though I was happy with the order and will probably order again, I found out after I placed my order that shortly after, the price dropped a couple of bucks (not a lot, but it's a savings) and when I asked if anything could be done for me now or in the future, I was told "sorry we're unable to help you" or something to that nature.
Maybe in the future if something like this happens again, you can offer a coupon for a couple of bucks off on new orders to customers so they don't feel like they missed out, just a suggestion. Thank you.

BDR's are still expensive but on sale i got these for less than a buck a pop and after burning 15 disks no bad ones. I'd buy these again

Using these with a Pioneer BDR-205. I found that even though they are rated at 4X write, Nero will burn them at 10X without issues.

Great printable BD-R

Very economical BD-R discs that are inkjet printable. No coasters yet, and they burn at 4x speed. My only quibble (and it's a small one) is that printed images aren't are bright as Verbatim discs....colors don't pop as much. But in terms of disc compatability, no issues.
